Devoteam is seeking a junior to intermediate AI engineer to embed within industrial clients in Paris and across France. You will deploy vertical AI software, extract non-existent data, and frame each scope as a business case with measurable euros.

Expect 40–60% time on client sites, a 3-week bootcamp at start, and relocation support for moving to Paris. Fluent French and English are required, with 2–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• You code, for real. Python or equivalent, comfort with SQL and APIs.
• Structured problem decomposition — the single most tested skill in our hiring process.
• You want the field, not the office. Factories are loud, data is dirty, stakeholders are skeptical.
• You hold a conversation with a skeptical adult and can explain something technical to someone who isn't.
• Professional French and English.

Responsabilités

• Embed inside an industrial client — a factory, a warehouse network, a supply chain organization — and you deploy vertical AI software until it produces measurable, recurring gains.
• Extract the data that doesn't exist yet: interview the planner, sit with the operator, turn tribal knowledge into structured data.
• Frame every scope as a business case: what it's worth in euros, how we'll measure it, when finance signs off.
• Run the deployment cycle like a professional: weekly steering, clear status, risks surfaced early.
