PALO IT Labs is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the engineering organisation, translating strategy into daily execution and ensuring delivery excellence across AI-first projects for global clients.

You will own engineering standards, roadmap execution, and the growth of our AI engineers, acting as the senior technical authority on complex engagements while nurturing a thriving community and mentoring future leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a software engineering organization.
• Delivered production-grade AI-first systems.
• Experience with client-facing delivery in consulting.
• Strong people development and mentoring.
• Fluent French/English, English mandatory for client work.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into daily execution.
• Own engineering standards, CI/CD, security.
• Lead AI engineering community and growth.
• IQ senior technical authority on complex client engagements.
• Manage Forward Deployed Engineers and tech leads.
• Contribute to pre-sales with technical scoping.
