PALO IT in Paris, Île-de-France, is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer on a permanent CDI with a hybrid work model. You will embed with enterprise teams, leading the journey from discovery to pilot, production and adoption using Gen-e², PALO IT's AI-first delivery methodology.

You will frame business problems, build AI-powered full-stack systems, and own outcomes for measurable client impact, working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in a fast-moving consulting

Qualifications

Client-facing consulting posture required, able to run discovery with stakeholders.
5+ years hands-on software development experience.
Full-stack foundations: backend Java/.NET and frontend React/Angular.
Experience with LLMs or generative models.
Clear communication in French and English with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

Deliver defined workstreams independently, from prototype through to production.
Frame ambiguous business problems in discovery and scoping sessions.
Build full-stack, AI-powered systems that deliver measurable client impact.
Surface risks and dependencies before they become blockers and keep momentum.
Engage with senior stakeholders and present your thinking to guide outcomes.
