PALO IT Labs in Paris seeks a Head of Engineering to translate strategy into execution, lead our AI engineering community, and ensure delivery quality across client projects and products.

You will own engineering standards, token economics, and mentoring; with 12+ years in software leadership, you will shape the Gen-e² practice, foster collaboration, and drive responsible AI delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven leadership of an engineering organisation or practice
• Production-grade AI-first systems and client delivery experience
• Bilingual French/English; English mandatory for client work

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce engineering standards across squads
• Own the delivery roadmap and architectural governance
• Lead Forward Deployed Engineers and AI tech leads
• Manage hiring and community rituals
• Contribute to pre-sales through technical scoping and advisory
