You will own the engineering roadmap, set standards, and unblock teams across multiple squads while guiding growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Delivered production-grade AI-first systems with LLM integration and agent orchestration.
• Led delivery in complex, client-facing environments with real users and constraints.
• Fluent in French/English for client and international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into daily execution and lead the AI engineering community.
• Own roadmap execution, engineering standards, and production readiness across squads.
• Step in as Tech Lead on client projects when needed to ensure continuity and quality.
• Define and enforce CI/CD, incident management, and security posture across squads.
• Oversee hiring for engineering roles and support staffing decisions with CTO.
