PALO IT is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own AI-powered product delivery from discovery to production for Fortune 1000 clients across sectors such as finance, retail and energy. The role requires deep full-stack expertise, hands-on coding with AI tools, and frequent interactions with executives and technical stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, mentor delivery teams, and craft scalable AI-native solutions in a fast-paced, ambiguity-filled environment while advancing Gen-e²

Qualifications

10+ years hands-on software engineering with client-facing delivery.
Deep full-stack experience (ReactJS front-end; .NET/Java/Python back-end).
Experience deploying LLM- or generative AI-powered systems.

Responsabilités

Lead discovery and scope work from pilot to production.
Engage clients: discovery sessions and manage expectations.
Mentor engineers and foster AI-native practices.
Collaborate with Sales and Presales on proposals and designs.
Champion prompt engineering and guardrails in engagements.
Capture field insights to improve delivery tools and playbooks.
