Valtech, based in Paris, is seeking an Engineering & Delivery Manager (all genders) to lead AI-driven engineering and multi-division delivery across client BUs. You’ll shape the technical standards, drive industrialized delivery, and partner with the BU CTO to align roadmaps, with a strong emphasis on AI-first practices and scalable leadership.

You’ll manage hybrid delivery models across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, owning complex programs while mentoring teams and driving measurable

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale engineering and delivery organisations.
• Hands-on engineering background with AI/GenAI adoption from POC to production.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-division tech delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Knowledge of modern delivery models: agile at scale, factory or managed-services, and hybrid onshore/nearshore/offshore.
• Fully bilingual French/English (mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple client divisions and departments, from build to run and support.
• Run delivery against committed SLAs, objectives, and KPIs with clear accountability.
• Industrialize a standardized delivery model applied across all factories.
• Operate a hybrid onshore / nearshore / offshore model balancing cost, quality, and proximity.
• Manage capacity, staffing and ramp-up across concurrent programs while protecting delivery commitments.
