EPAM Systems in Paris seeks a Gen AI/Data Senior Delivery Manager to shape how EPAM delivers data and AI solutions across Europe. You will drive program governance, align cross-functional teams and accelerate AI-driven delivery frameworks across the region.

You will work closely with Delivery Managers, Business Units and pre-sales teams to build scalable client-centric delivery operations and mentor the practice as it grows.

Qualifications

• Strong program or project management experience in technology services or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex data, analytics or AI programs at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML delivery including MLOps and data pipelines.
• Advanced stakeholder management with C-level executives and engineering teams.
• Experience with multi-geography delivery models and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with program governance, risk management, and RAID logs.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent data and AI programs in the EU region.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks with reporting, risk tracking, escalation paths and delivery cadences.
• Drive delivery quality by aligning teams to best practices and client expectations.
• Champion the AI Delivery Model framework across engagements with AI Centres of Excellence and pilot AI-augmented SDLC.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation into delivery workflows for speed and quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with BU leaders and client stakeholders as escalation point.
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation and solution design for data and AI initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans and report progress to senior leadership.
• Mentor Delivery Managers and support onboarding across the practice.
• Contribute to KPI design, capability development, process improvement and knowledge sharing.

We're looking for a Gen AI/Data Senior Delivery Manager to join our team in Paris. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping how EPAM delivers data and AI solutions across the region. You will operate at the intersection of delivery, strategy and client engagement - driving program governance, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accelerating the adoption of AI-driven delivery frameworks. This position is part of the newly established European Data Delivery Management Office (DDMO) and will work closely with Delivery Managers, Business Units and pre-sales teams to build scalable client-centric delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent data and AI programs in the EU region
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks including reporting, risk tracking, escalation paths and consistent delivery cadences
• Drive delivery quality by aligning teams to best practices, milestones and client expectations
• Champion the AI Delivery Model framework across engagements by collaborating with AI Centres of Excellence and piloting AI-augmented SDLC processes
• Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation into delivery workflows for improved speed and quality
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Business Unit leaders and key client stakeholders acting as a primary escalation point for program-level issues
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation and solution design for data and AI initiatives
• Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans and communicate progress to senior leadership
• Mentor Delivery Managers and support onboarding processes across the practice
• Contribute to practice-wide initiatives including KPI design, capability development, process improvement and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Strong program or project management experience in technology services or consulting environments
• Proven track record delivering complex data, analytics or AI programs at scale
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML delivery including MLOps, data pipelines and AI SDLC frameworks
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level executives and engineering teams
• Familiarity with multi-geography delivery models and distributed team management
• Expertise in program governance practices including risk management, RAID logs and change governance

Nice to have

• Industry certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a delivery leadership role within a global IT services company
• Practical exposure to LLMs and Agentic AI adoption within SDLC
