PALO IT is seeking an AI Native Delivery Lead for the Paris Labs, responsible for end-to-end project delivery from pre‑sales to handover. You will drive AI-augmented innovation, ensure transparency with KPIs, and guide teams through milestones and governance across global client projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software delivery within agile settings, excel at stakeholder management, and can act as Scrum Master or Product Owner when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience driving software delivery in agile/iterative contexts.
• Ability to set direction, communicate with impact, organize teams, and align objectives for efficiency.
• Deep understanding of clients' strategic/business contexts and stakeholder management.
• Strong facilitation, dialogue, and engagement with senior decision‑makers.
• Comfort with Scrum Master and/or Product Owner roles when needed.
• Passion for Tech for Good (B Corp values); English fluent; additional languages a plus.

Your Mission

As an AI Native Project Delivery Lead within the company Labs in Paris, you own end-to‑end project delivery, from pre‑sales engagement through to final handover, driving AI‑augmented innovation and seamless execution at every phase. You will:

• Ensure project transparency: Share clear KPIs with teams and clients to track progress and anticipate risks.
• Lead project advancement: Maintain a clear view on requirements and milestones; unblock teams proactively.
• Guarantee service quality: Support the company Labs teams, relay client feedback, and facilitate resolution of blockers.
• Be a trusted advisor for clients: Build strong, strategic partnerships aligned with their business goals.
• Partner with account management: Oversee financial performance (P&L) to secure sustainable project success.
• Facilitate cross‑stakeholder communication: Serve as the central contact for senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and commercial leadership.
• Drive key reporting and governance: Document and share progress, risks, and decisions effectively.
• Host collaborative workshops: Create alignment on objectives and working methods anchored in Gen-e²™.
• Coach and uplift your Gen-e²™ delivery team: Promote continuous improvement, embed Gen-e²™ practices, and lead ceremonies (plannings, reviews, retrospectives).
• Advise clients on product management: Help define vision, optimize backlogs, and maximize delivered value.

You Are a Great Fit

You are a natural leader with at least 8 years of experience driving software delivery in agile and iterative contexts — from discovery to maintenance.

• You excel at setting direction, communicating with impact, organizing teams, and aligning objectives to boost efficiency and project outcomes.
• You have a deep understanding of your clients’ strategic and business contexts, enabling you to anticipate needs and adopt their point of view.
• You master facilitation and dialogue, confidently engaging senior decision‑makers and fostering smooth interaction across all stakeholders.
• You practice servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency in team dynamics.You are comfortable stepping into Scrum Master and/or Product Owner roles when needed.
• Ideally, you are passionate about Tech for Good (B Corp values), including accessibility, sustainability, and ethical AI.
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
