Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, is seeking an experienced leader to join the Mirakl Connect EMEA team in Paris. You will drive upsell, renewals, and churn reduction for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts while coaching the Account Management and Sales Development teams.

You will own growth strategy across the customer base, oversee top-of-funnel pipeline and adoption of AI across touchpoints.

Qualifications

8+ years in B2B SaaS with at least 4 years leading Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Development teams.
Proven track record of driving MRR/ARR growth through renewals, upsell, and churn reduction across mid-market and enterprise segments.
Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders at large brands or retailers.
Experience managing BDR/SDR teams is a plus; background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or retail tech is desirable.

Responsabilités

Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to drive upsell, renewals, and churn reduction.
Define and execute growth strategy across the customer base: upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and churn prevention.
Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by leading the BDR team with aligned targets.
Drive AI and automation adoption across customer touchpoints and renewal/expansion triggers.
Translate customer insights into product feedback shaping the Mirakl Connect roadmap.
