Your profile should include upper secondary education or a two-year higher qualification, significant experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and fluency in English (other languages are an asset).

Responsabilités

• Manage bookings and welcome guests across departments.
• Build customer loyalty and promote hotel services.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs and admin follow-up of bookings.
• Respond to guests' needs and inform them of available services.
• Carry out follow-up after departure and maintain quality standards.
