About the Role:

Château de la Resle is seeking a versatile and highly motivated Guest Relation Coordinator to oversee guest communication, sales, and marketing while also supporting daily guest-facing operations.

Property Overview:

Château de la Resle is a boutique luxury design hotel nestled in the scenic Montigny-la-Resle. The property features 10 elegantly designed bedrooms and suites, a spa and wellness area and a restaurant, offering guests a refined and intimate retreat. At Château La Resle, we blend authenticity with luxury to set the standard for contemporary boutique hospitality. Key Responsibilities

• Guest communication:
  • Manage all initial guest communication for hotel stays and events (email, phone, platforms)
  • Handle inquiries, proposals, bookings, and follow-ups for individual guests and groups
  • Support concierge services, including local recommendations and guest requests
• Sales & Marketing:
  • Lead all sales and marketing efforts for the château
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B
  • Identify and explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
  • Assist in managing sales pipelines, pricing strategies, and conversion tracking
  • Collaborate on brand positioning, storytelling, and content direction/creation
• Operational support:
  • Welcome guests on arrival and assist with departures when needed
  • Support daily operations, including breakfast service and light front-of-house duties
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Step in where needed to maintain the château’s high hospitality standards

Profile & Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English required; additional languages a plus)
• Experience in hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands
• Proven sales and marketing mindset with the ability to close and build long‑term relationships
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, dynamic environment
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Naturally warm, service‑minded, and confident interacting with guests
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings
