Job summary

IFS is seeking a GTM Lead for IFS.ai Operational Intelligence to own the commercial success of the product globally. You will drive revenue outcomes, manage the pipeline, and orchestrate a go-to-market motion across Product, Sales and Presales.

The role sits at the intersection of market voice and product strategy, requiring cross-functional leadership, strategic storytelling, and hands-on execution to accelerate growth and adoption of Industrial AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial technology or related sector across go-to-market, product marketing, sales strategy, business development or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of owning or driving revenue growth, pipeline performance and commercial outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling go-to-market motions for growth products, emerging solutions or new business areas.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Presales and Customer Success teams.
• Ability to engage credibly with executive, operational and technology stakeholders, translating complex capabilities into measurable business value.
• Experience within Industrial AI, Operational Intelligence, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), Industrial Analytics, IIoT or related markets is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing or a related discipline. MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the Number: global commerical accountability for Revenue target and pipeline end-to-end.
• Build and scale sales engine with plays, land-and-expand motions, and qualification standards.
• Partner with Product to translate roadmap investments into compelling commercial narratives.
• Collaborate with Field CTO and Presales to strengthen credibility and align demos with value.
• Orchestrate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Presales, Enablement, Customer Success and Partners.
• Drive demand and monitor key metrics: pipeline, conversion, win rate, and expansion.
