Job summary

Parallel is seeking a RevOps/BizOps professional to own Attio and automate internal processes across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance. You will work closely with the founders, report to the Ops Lead, and help scale the function as the company grows toward 60+ people and international expansion.

You will write SQL, build dashboards, and drive adoption of AI-enabled automations, while protecting data and measuring impact in a fast-paced startup environment in Paris.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of RevOps, SalesOps or BizOps experience in a B2B startup.
• Real use of AI applied to internal work, and the judgment to know when a simple rule does the job better.
• You write SQL, run analyses and build dashboards; you ship fast and iteratively.

Responsibilities

• Own Attio end-to-end: data model, pipelines, permissions, and workflows.
• Automate internal work across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance using AI and no-/low-code tools.
• Define priority metrics and automate data collection and updates to eliminate manual reporting.
• Collaborate with founders and GTM teams; ship automations from week one and drive adoption.
