European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager in the CEO Office to shape and monitor the Growth Plan behind Wero, our European digital wallet, across markets and use cases. You will turn complex market insights into clear strategic choices, support business planning and long-term outlooks, and help senior leaders make decisions that can change the way Europe pays.

You will join the CEO Office and report to the General Secretary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (Associate, Project Leader, or Engagement Manager level)
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus
• Thrive in a remote-first, multicultural environment
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development, with a proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and board-level audiences
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, execution and continuous monitoring of EPI’s Growth Plan across all markets and use cases
• Design and maintain a common growth‑planning framework, including market sizing methodologies, growth levers and KPI frameworks
• Monitor strategic performance indicators and identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions
• Coordinate the preparation and evolution of EPI’s business plan and long‑term strategic outlook
• Develop strategic recommendations for the Management Team and translate analysis into clear executive materials
• Support strategic studies related to corporate development and business expansion opportunities
• Prepare high‑impact materials for EPI’s Board of Directors and senior governance forums
• Manage external advisors supporting activities within the scope of the role.
