European Payments Initiative (EPI) seeks a Growth Strategy Manager in the CEO Office to shape and monitor the Growth Plan behind Wero, its European digital wallet. You will translate market insights into strategic choices, support business planning and advise senior leaders across Europe.
You will work in a remote-first, multicultural environment, collaborating with management teams and external advisors to drive corporate development, strategy studies and long-term growth.
In today’s digital world, payments often still feel outdated: random delays and confusing rules make it harder than it should be to pay and get paid. The European Payments Initiative (EPI) is here to change all that, forever.
With Wero, our digital wallet, we make sending and receiving money simple, seamless and secure across France, Belgium and Germany, with more countries and omnichannel solutions coming soon. Supported by 14 major banks and the two largest European acquirers, EPI is building a new, proudly European payment system: easy, instant and transparent, all for the greater good.
Ready to move from recommendations to real-world impact? As Growth Strategy Manager in EPI’s CEO Office, you will shape and monitor the Growth Plan behind Wero, our European digital wallet, across markets and use cases. You will turn complex market insights into clear strategic choices, support business planning and long-term outlooks, and help senior leaders make decisions that can change the way Europe pays.
You will join the CEO Office and report to the General Secretary. The team works at the heart of EPI’s strategic agenda, partnering closely with the Management Team, market teams and cross-functional leaders across Europe. You will also coordinate with internal experts and, when needed, external advisors supporting growth planning, corporate development and strategic studies.
EPI offers the same job opportunities to all, without distinction of gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, social status, disability or age. EPI promotes the development of an inclusive work environment that mirrors the diversity of the clients our product is serving.
