European Payments Initiative (EPI) seeks a Growth Strategy Manager in the CEO Office to shape and monitor the Growth Plan behind Wero, its European digital wallet. You will translate market insights into strategic choices, support business planning and advise senior leaders across Europe.

You will work in a remote-first, multicultural environment, collaborating with management teams and external advisors to drive corporate development, strategy studies and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting at Associate, Project Leader or Engagement Manager level.
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English; French/German/Dutch or other languages are a plus.
• Thrives in a remote-first, multicultural environment.
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or corporate development with translating insights into recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills; ability to engage senior executives and board-level audiences.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-driven, adaptable and autonomous in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, execution and continuous monitoring of EPI’s Growth Plan across all markets and use cases.
• Design and maintain a common growth-planning framework, including market sizing methodologies, growth levers and KPI frameworks.
• Monitor strategic performance indicators and identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Coordinate the preparation and evolution of EPI’s business plan and long-term strategic outlook.
• Develop strategic recommendations for the Management Team and translate analysis into clear executive materials.
• Support strategic studies related to corporate development and business expansion opportunities.
• Prepare high-impact materials for EPI’s Board of Directors and senior governance forums.
• Manage external advisors supporting activities within the scope of the role.
