WeWard SAS seeks a Product Manager to own onboarding and activation, crafting a delightful first-week experience for users. You will drive discovery, run experiments, and ship with an autonomous team of engineers and designers.

Based in Paris, you will lead initiatives that push D7 retention toward industry-leading levels. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and design to build engaging funnels, measure impact with analytics, and ensure high-quality releases using Claude, Cursor, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in a mobile-first consumer app.
• Own a product roadmap and drive measurable growth through experimentation.
• Ship features into production using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
• Ability to create basic wireframes in Figma.
• Strong data mindset with Amplitude/SQL and A/B testing.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the activation roadmap and onboarding experience for new users.
• Build and prioritize onboarding milestones balancing impact and effort.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to identify new app loops.
• Gather user insights to inform product development.
• Size impact of initiatives and maintain a full backlog.
• Work with engineers to ship features end-to-end.
• Run rigorous A/B tests to meet KPIs and improve retention.
