WeWard SAS is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (React Native) to join the Growth Squad in Paris. You will own onboarding and key in-app surfaces, drive experimentation, and ship high-quality mobile experiences for a global user base.

You’ll collaborate with PMs, Designers, and leadership to push growth initiatives and improve retention and engagement. In this role, you’ll contribute to frontend architecture decisions and help reduce technical debt while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Able to craft polished, performant, instrumented interfaces.
• Interest in AI as a productivity multiplier.
• Experience with startups or fast-moving teams is a plus.
• Interest in health and wellness sector.”

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and ship React Native code with strong ownership.
• Own onboarding, first-week flows, and in-app surfaces.
• Build and run end-to-end A/B tests behind feature flags and instrument analytics.
• Lead projects end-to-end from scoping to production.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, CTO and Platform teams on architecture and priorities.
