Senior PM: SMB E-commerce Growth & Activation

Photoroom is seeking a Senior Product Manager for SMB E-commerce Growth to own activation, monetization, and retention across our mobile and web apps. You’ll drive the growth funnel for SMB customers, ship paywall and pricing experiments, and partner with User Acquisition on paid-to-product handoffs.

You will run fast A/B tests, build data-informed features, and own end-to-end outcomes for activation and retention in a fully remote-friendly, async-first team based in Paris.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years as a PM with concrete activation, monetization, or retention wins you can name with the KPI, the change, and the percentage impact, owned by you.
• Experience with recurring revenue (B2B SaaS, B2C subscription, or B2B2C) and revenue-driven product work.
• Understanding SMB e-commerce buyers and the motion behind app stores, merchant platforms, and utility SaaS.
• Fluency in funnels: activation curves, paywalls, trials, and pricing models with opinions on what works where.
• Experience building with AI to automate recurring tasks and speed shipping.
• Data fluency with SQL and analytics platforms (Amplitude or Mixpanel); shipped a high volume of A/B tests.
• Comfort shipping in a small, autonomous, async-first team environment.

Responsabilités

• Own activation, paywall, pricing, and retention for the SMB growth funnel end-to-end.
• Lead a high-velocity experimentation program across web and mobile funnels with frequent releases.
• Identify why users drop off and ship changes that improve metrics.
• Own both web and mobile funnels and collaborate with User Acquisition on paid-to-product handoffs.
• Pull and interpret data to guide decisions without waiting for others.
