Job summary

qlub is redefining how restaurants handle payments. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Director to own paid acquisition and funnel optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

You will lead creative strategy, measurement, and reporting, driving revenue-ready pipeline from day one in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will manage substantial monthly ad spend, collaborate with Sales under SLAs, and build a small, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance marketing with proven B2B, pipeline-driven results.
• Strong ownership and operator mindset in fast-moving environments.
• Experience managing multi-channel paid acquisition budgets.
• Proven track record in creative strategy and CRO.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, managing $100K+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability.
• Lead creative strategy end-to-end: generate and validate high-converting ad concepts and optimize for engagement and conversions.
• Own the funnel from landing page to lead handoff, defining lead qualification criteria and speed-to-lead SLAs with Sales leadership.
• Build reliable multi-touch attribution and reporting infrastructure across channels to guide scaling decisions.
• Hire and lead a small team of performance marketers and external partners, setting high standards for quality, speed, and accountability.
