Job summary

FinTech Collective, LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing Director to lead B2B paid acquisition and funnel optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. You will own creative strategy, media buying, tracking, and reporting, partnering with Sales to convert cold traffic into qualified pipeline.

You will manage a substantial monthly ad spend, build a high-performance team, and implement attribution frameworks to inform scaling decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance marketing with proven B2B, pipeline-driven results.
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search), and LinkedIn, including managing $100K+ monthly budgets.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, managing $100K+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability.
• Lead creative strategy end-to-end: generate and validate high-converting ad concepts, build a performance ad portfolio (live action, UGC-style, AI-assisted).
• Own the funnel from landing page to lead handoff, define lead qualification criteria and speed-to-lead SLAs with Sales leadership to drive revenue-generating pipeline.
• Build reliable multi-touch attribution and reporting infrastructure across channels to guide scaling decisions.
• Hire and lead a small team of performance marketers and external partners, setting high standards for quality, speed, and accountability.
