• Monitor and communicate marketplace health and performance across KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and optimization potential via data analysis.
• Translate trends into clear, actionable recommendations for strategy and investments.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial teams.
• Challenge assumptions using data-driven insights to improve performance and growth.
• Prepare executive-level performance reporting highlighting trends and actions.

• Support initiatives that improve customer outcomes and retention.
• Develop reporting frameworks and analytics to track market health.
