Jobgether is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the go-to-market strategy and market positioning for a growing B2B technology platform serving complex operational needs across multiple industries. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will connect Product, Sales, and Partnerships to turn sophisticated product capabilities into compelling commercial narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• Experience with go-to-market, positioning and commercialization in mid-market/enterprise.
• Ability to shape category positioning and market narratives for new categories.

Responsabilités

• Own category positioning and market narrative to communicate product value.
• Lead demand generation strategy to build pipeline and support revenue growth.
• Define buyer journeys and personas for mid-market and enterprise audiences.
• Develop messaging translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions.
• Advise on pricing and packaging strategies aligned with customer segments.
• Partner with Product to translate roadmap into customer-focused narratives and assets.
• Own product launches end-to-end including collateral and enablement.
• Transform the website into a high-performing growth channel with CRO and messaging experiments.
• Manage marketing pipeline and ensure initiatives contribute to revenue.
