Station F in Paris is seeking a Growth Manager to lead our acquisition engine. As one of our first leadership hires, you will shape how thousands of companies discover and adopt Guideflow, building marketing and growth teams from scratch.

You will own go-to-market across channels, manage budgets, define KPIs, and work with Sales to optimize the revenue funnel. The role offers autonomy, equity, and a direct impact on the company's trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing/growth, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record scaling marketing/growth teams and revenue.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and growth tactics.
• Experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the growth and marketing teams, incl. hiring and mentorship.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple channels.
• Create and manage budgets to optimize ROI across channels.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure performance.
• Drive initiatives across outbound, content/SEO, paid ads, events, and branding.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to align strategies and optimize the funnel.
• Build scalable processes for marketing and growth operations.
