DentalMonitoring, a MedTech scale-up, seeks a Director of Communications to lead global marketing communications, content strategy, and brand consistency across regions. You will manage PR, digital marketing, and education programs, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

With 7+ years in leadership roles and fluency in English, you will shape a global voice, align with product and sales, and grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing communications and content creation, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Fluent in English with strong ability to craft high-impact content for global stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing comms strategies globally.
• Experience managing content across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills in a fast-paced international environment.
• Creative, strategic mindset with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Track record leading initiatives from concept to execution on tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the brand and ensure on-brand, compliant content across regions.
• Lead website, DAM, and global social media; run end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee collateral powering global sales from concept to distribution.
• Design and lead training programs and global curriculum for education.
• Shape voice in the field by leading PR and KOL/speaker programs.
• Manage internal communications and mentor a high-performing team.
• Partner with regional marketing/product/sales to align launches and campaigns.
