Imerys is seeking a Demand Planning and S&OP Planning Manager to lead the monthly S&OP cycle and demand planning for a defined scope within its global operations. You will coordinate with factories, sales, finance and supply chain to align targets and ensure service levels.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of hands-on S&OP/demand planning experience in manufacturing, with strong analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in S&OP and Demand Planning in an industrial environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations and Plant Leadership.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly S&OP cycle and demand planning for assigned scope.
• Coordinate DRP and supply planning with plants and production lines.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Master Data, and Finance to align inputs and targets.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes for demand planning.
