David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading consulting firm to onboard a French-speaking Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant for their Bordeaux or Rouen offices in France.

Position: Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant. Location: Bordeaux or Rouen, France. Employment type: Full-time. Remuneration: Base salary.

You will identify and screen candidates, build your desk, prepare CVs, arrange interviews, contact clients, and shadow senior consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in French with excellent written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency minimum B2.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and screen suitable candidates for live roles.
• Build and grow your own desk.
• Prepare candidate CVs for submission to clients.
• Arrange interviews for senior consultants.
• Contact potential clients by phone or email.
• Shadow senior consultants on daily activities.
