Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant (French) in Bordeaux or Rouen, France. This entry-level role teaches the full recruitment cycle by supporting senior consultants, while you begin to build your own candidate pipeline. Commission-based earning structure and on-site work.

Native/fluent French oral & written and fluent English (minimum B2) are required. Recent graduates or individuals up to ~35 who are trainable and have strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Recent graduate or up to ~35 years old, trainable and strong communication skills.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants to learn the full recruitment cycle.
• Build and maintain your own candidate pipeline.
• Engage with potential clients and candidates with a sales and BD focus.
