Airbus Helicopters SAS is launching the AGGP2027 Graduate Support & Services Business & Program performance manager programme in October 2027. The two-year development journey is designed to cultivate leadership, business acumen, and technical abilities across strategic services roles.

You will rotate through assignments, engage in soft-skill development workshops, and join a global graduate community during an annual development week to accelerate growth within Airbus.

Qualifications

• Master degree level or equivalent within business management, development, economics and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; additional language is a plus.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team and drive future innovation.
• Self awareness and drive to control your development.

Responsabilités

• Analyze PBH maintenance costs by fleet age and Flight Hours to optimize cost projections.
• Integrate findings into forecasting models for future accuracy.
• Conduct performance analysis of services, including costs, up to customer satisfaction.
• Act as a Customer Support Officer in strategic customer deployment and improve escalation process.
• Opportunity to complete first mission as Customer Support Officer in direct customer contact.
