You will rotate across functions involved in final assembly, delivery, and customer interactions, learning the end-to-end industrial process and building the leadership skills to guide future aircraft projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in aeronautical engineering or equivalent
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in related fields (Aeronautical, Industrial, Airline ops, Maintenance, In-Service aero eng, Customer services, Operations)
• Strong English and conversational French skills

Responsabilités

• Participate in two-year development journey to become Customer Acceptance Manager
• Engage in rotational placements (e.g., Aircraft Manager in Final Assembly Line)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing and delivery
• Develop leadership and project management capabilities through rotations
• Learn end-to-end aircraft industrial processes and customer expectations
