Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse invites graduates to join AGGP2027, a two-year development journey designed to accelerate leadership, technical and business acumen. You will progress from day one in a structured program with in-person and virtual workshops.

Throughout the two years, you will undertake rotations, develop cross-functional leadership and gain deep exposure to the aircraft lifecycle, ending as a Customer Acceptance Manager ready to shape Airbus' future in the market.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Recently graduated or early professional experience in aeronautical/industrial engineering, airline operations, or related areas.
• Strong English communication and conversational French.
• Desire to work in a collaborative, innovative team and take ownership of development.
• Willingness to participate in rotational placements and long-term leadership development.

Responsabilités

• Guide growth into Customer Acceptance Manager for Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse.
• Coordinate resolution of issues affecting customers and industrial progress.
• Interact with Design, Manufacturing, Production, and Delivery teams throughout the aircraft life cycle.
• Learn aircraft design, manufacturing processes and customer expectations.
• Develop leadership skills by coordinating contributors and working on long-term projects.
• Six-month rotational placement as Aircraft Manager in Final Assembly Line.
