  • Act as Customer Support Officer in strategic deployments and improve escalation processes.
  • Prepare for initial mission as Customer Support Officer with direct customer contact.

What you will be doing
  1. Analyze how Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) maintenance costs correlate with fleet age and Flight Hours (FH). You will evaluate the financial impact of low-utilization versus high-utilization products to optimize cost projections during contract reviews and commercial offer developments.
  2. You will integrate your findings into our forecasting models to make them more accurate for the future
  3. You will conduct Performance analysis of services offered to our customers, including costs analysis to a proposed catalog up to customer satisfaction
  4. You will act as a Customer Support Officer: Working in Strategic customers deployment, as well as monitoring and improving the escalation process
  5. You will have the opportunity to integrate your first Mission as Customer Support Officer in direct contact with the customer.
What we are looking for
  • A Master degree level or equivalent within business management, development, economics and data analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English), another language such as German / Spanish is a plus
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
  • The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
