Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marseille invites graduates to join the AGGP2027 Graduate Strategy & Transformation Specialist program starting October 2027. The two-year journey blends strategic analysis, transformation delivery, and leadership development to grow future leaders within Airbus.

You will rotate across Digital & Innovation or Operational Compliance, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to global hubs while building a broad skill set in governance, market intelligence, and change

Qualifications

Degree-level or equivalent in business, management, engineering, finance, data science or related field.
Recent graduate or early professional in strategic analysis, PM, digital transformation or governance.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

Develop strategic planning roadmaps for a 5–10 year vision and market insights.
Support métier-specific strategy definitions for global sectors like Blades, Dynamic Components or Equipment.
Execute transformation strategies and manage end-to-end project portfolios and KPIs.
Coordinate leadership office operations and cross-functional agendas.
Organize off-cycle transformation projects and monitor risks and opportunities (R&O).
Track CAPEX and PSP across programs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Learn digital and AI implementation frameworks and data analytics for market intelligence.
Design, communicate, and deploy global change frameworks and value-stream thinking.
Learn licensing, export controls, and cybersecurity/data compliance procedures.
Undertake a rotational placement in Digital & Innovation, Operational Compliance, or a manufacturing hub.
