Job summary

Mistral.ai is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to lead complex, multi-site workplace initiatives across global sites. You will manage budgets, contracts, and governance while promoting ESG and safety standards.

Qualifications

8+ years in workplace project management, facilities management, or corporate real estate.
Strategic thinking to align delivery with long-term workplace strategy.
Financial & vendor experience including budgeting, reporting, and negotiations.
Risk, compliance, ESG, health & safety considerations.
Digital tools for workplace management and data-driven decisions.
Experience in tech industry or fast-growing scale-ups.
Familiarity with workplace analytics and IWMS/space planning tools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-site workplace projects and scale new offices.
Lead governance, post-project reviews, and continuous improvement.
Develop compliance frameworks including ESG considerations.
Drive global workplace strategy and capacity planning.
Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets across portfolios.
