Mistral is seeking experienced Technical Program Managers to join our Engineering organization in Paris and drive high-impact programs from planning through delivery.

You will collaborate with Product, Science, and Engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution while championing process improvements and scalable workflows. The role supports hybrid office work with emphasis on clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (CS/DS/Engineering).
• Proven experience managing technical programs in engineering.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and deployment.
• Excellent project management with multiple complex programs.
• Thrives in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Organized and capable of managing cross-team dependencies.
• Proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience contributing to architecture decisions is a plus.
