Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to lead complex, multi-site workplace initiatives that align with our global strategy and ESG commitments. You will oversee planning, delivery, and governance across offices, including opening new locations and managing budgets and supplier contracts.

As part of the HR team reporting to the Workplace Lead EMEA, you will drive space optimization, digital workplace tooling adoption, and risk/compliance frameworks, with a focus on health, safety,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workplace project management, facilities management, or corporate real estate delivering multi-site initiatives.
• Strong ability to align delivery with business objectives and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-site workplace projects, including opening and scaling offices and managing budgets and contracts.
• Establish and enforce project governance standards and best practices.
• Lead post-project reviews to capture insights and drive improvements.
• Develop compliance frameworks for multi-site programs with ESG, health & safety considerations.
• Advise on regulations and promote health, safety, and rigor across teams.
