Mistral is seeking a Procurement Category Manager (Workplace & Marketing) to own indirect spend and drive cost savings across Workplace & Marketing categories. You will define and execute strategies, manage contracts, and lead end-to-end procurement projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

You will build supplier panels, rationalize tool usage, and contribute to digitization of procurement through P2P adoption, while scaling processes across a growing global organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Buyer/Category Manager.
• Proven ability to negotiate with large providers in competitive markets.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
• Assertiveness and communication to push back constructively.
• Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead global negotiations on indirect spend to drive cost savings.
• Define and execute procurement strategies for Workplace & Marketing.
• Identify and manage contracts, tools, and renewals.
• Build and manage supplier panels to reduce fragmentation.
• Rationalize tool usage and consolidate internal needs with business owners.
• Lead procurement projects end-to-end from RFP to contracts.
• Contribute to digitization through P2P tool adoption.
