Mistral AI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist on the People Operations team to shape the experience for every new joiner worldwide. You will ensure new team members feel prepared and welcomed from offer acceptance through their first weeks and beyond.

Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace, you will design onboarding journeys across regions, organize sessions, and drive improvements with data. This role offers impact, growth, and a chance to scale our processes as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onboarding or employee programs end to end.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across teams and adapt to new tools.
• Analytical approach to tracking outcomes and improving processes.
• Hands-on attitude with ownership of daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage the onboarding journey for new hires across multiple regions.
• Develop, implement, and improve onboarding programs and resources for the organization.
• Ensure equipment and resources are ready before start date.
• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations, and integration milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to keep onboarding processes aligned and effective.
• Measure onboarding effectiveness and use data to improve programs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive scalable solutions.
• Manage travel, transportation, and accommodation logistics for new joiners needing support.
