Job summary

DiliTrust, based in Paris, is seeking a Senior Workplace IT leader to own end-user IT across France and the US. You will shape strategy, drive standards, mentor support teams, and ensure scalable operations for ~360 users and devices.

• 5+ years in Workplace IT / Systems / Network roles, with leadership
• Hands-on + strategic with ability to lead without a large team
• Strong decision-making and accountability
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across regions
• Excellent communication aligning tech and business needs
• Proactive mindset to anticipate problems

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace IT across regions and own end-user IT strategy
• Run global IT operations including onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Own and scale the workplace stack: IAM, MDM, SSO, security, collaboration tools
