Job summary

DiliTrust in Paris is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead the Global HR team and oversee the full employee lifecycle, payroll, HR administration, HRIS, and Learning & Development across its international organization.

Reporting to the Head of People Excellence, you will manage two specialists, drive process improvements, ensure compliance across borders, and partner with Finance to deliver reliable HR data and dashboards while prioritizing an outstanding employee experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations in international, multicultural environments.
• Hands-on expertise across the full employee lifecycle, HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts and HR compliance.
• Experience in project management and HR process deployment, from planning and coordination through implementation and day-to-day execution.
• Experience coordinating Learning & Development activities, including provider selection and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across multiple jurisdictions; M&A experience is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English, with advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead two People Operations Specialists, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality service.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts and records.
• Deploy global HR processes, policies and playbooks, and improve workflows.
• Act as the first operational escalation point for HR requests.
• Own HRIS data quality and dashboards, and supervise payroll coordination across countries.
• Collaborate with Finance to deliver accurate HR data for reporting and planning.
• Manage HRIS implementations from requirements to adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
