MARS, in collaboration with Royal Canin, is seeking a Global WET Technology Specialist in Aimargues, France, to drive industrialization, product and process governance, and new materials and technologies across the global factory network. You will lead industrialization activities with QUEST milestones and coordinate with regional teams for product validation.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in food technology development and process scale-up, with a packaging-focused science/engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) – Packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in food technology development, process and scale-up and/or implementation as R&D Engineer, or Quality & food Safety in the factory environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
