Mars seeks a Global Technical Leader for WET in Aimargues, France. You will lead engineering analysis, specify and install equipment, drive capital projects, and push advanced technologies across global initiatives.

Applicants should have a engineering degree and 5+ years in industrial settings, with strong wet food processing expertise and English proficiency. Hybrid work model and collaboration across global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process or Industrial).
• 5+ years hands-on industrial engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of wet food processing and related utilities/automation.
• Proven ability to benchmark and optimize products, processes, or services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
• Experience leading capital projects and cross-functional programs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Deliver innovative process engineering solutions for wet pet food production.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and cash flows per PM frameworks.
• Scope and estimate CapEx projects aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement global engineering standards and specs.
• Lead site master planning and capital investment roadmaps.
• Conduct peer reviews and implement best practices globally.
• Collaborate with Ops, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Finance.
• Act as technical lead during commissioning, validation and startup.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
