Mars France is seeking a Global WET Technology Specialist to lead industrialization of WET products across the Royal Canin and PetNutrition manufacturing network. You will own the QUEST process, define specifications, and ensure successful product implementation globally.

You will collaborate with regional teams, drive process and product validation, and contribute to knowledge management of WET technology. Fluent English and 5+ years in food tech are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) – Packaging preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food technology development, process and scale-up or R&D/QA in factory environment.
• Experience in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead of WET INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global and drive industrialization for QUEST projects.
• Support regional WET tech projects and product validation within regions.
• Develop and publish WET R&D specs for processes and products globally.
• Collaborate to deploy product/process standards across the Royal Canin and PetNutrition networks.
