Mars, Royal Canin is seeking a Global WET Technology Specialist to lead industrialization and governance of WET manufacturing standards across the global network. You will define R&D specifications, drive process and product qualification, and support cross-regional product transfers and validations.

Engaged in a role that combines technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration, you will work onsite in Aimargues, France, and contribute to innovations in pet nutrition manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) with Packaging preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food technology development, process and scale-up and/or implementation in an R&D or quality & food safety role.
• Experience in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead of WET INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global.
• Develop, write and publish R&D specifications related to WET technology.
• Define process and product specifications for WET manufacturing standards and new materials/technologies.
• Support deployment of product & process across the Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION network with validation plans.
• Collaborate with Regional WET technology Specialists for project visibility and workload management.
