Mars is seeking a Global WET Technology Specialist to lead the industrialization and governance of WET technology across Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION manufacturing sites. You will define process and product specifications for new materials and technology, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards throughout the global network.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of demonstrated experience in food technology development, process and scale‑up in an industrial context.
• Experience working in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the WET INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global level and own the industrialization process for QUEST projects across Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION manufacturing networks.
• Lead the WET PRODUCT & WET PROCESS GOVERNANCE pillar by developing and publishing R&D specifications for WET technology.
• Support regional WET Technology Specialists on key projects, problem solving, and product transfer within and between regions.
• Collaborate with the DESIGN team to plan product validation for intra- and inter-regional transfers, including QA attributes and animal performance aspects.
• Coordinate with regional colleagues to provide visibility on new projects and workload across regions.
