Jus Mundi is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to build and own a global growth engine. You will drive customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and pipeline generation across markets, with responsibility for CRO, SEO, paid media, and organic social channels.

Collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Design will be essential to scale revenue. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, own website performance as a business channel, and implement data-driven

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Growth Marketing and Demand Generation in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to build scalable growth engines and pipelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Design.
• Experience owning website performance as a business channel.
• Strong SEO, AEO, and organic search strategy expertise.

Responsabilités

• Own Jus Mundi website as a business channel; CRO, landing pages, analytics.
• Collaborate with Design on UX improvements and conversions.
• Own SEO and AEO strategy; produce briefs with Content Marketing.
• Own Organic Social Media (LinkedIn) to drive leads and manage editorial calendar.
• Design and execute multi-channel demand generation aligned with Sales priorities.
• Own paid traffic acquisition: Google, Display, LinkedIn, retargeting.
• Manage messaging and visuals with Product Marketing and Design.
• Act as Growth Marketing Center of Excellence to support regional campaigns.
• Develop best practices and playbooks for scalable growth across regions.
• Own funnel analytics, attribution, and reporting for pipeline and ARR.
• Drive experimentation to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
