Job summary

You will lead a diverse, distributed team, own the TA budget, and implement scalable processes, tools, and DEI initiatives to ensure a candidate-centric, compliant approach worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global talent acquisition strategy across regions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global TA team.
• Personally manage senior executive and C-level hiring.
• Design and scale AI-enabled recruiting processes and SLAs.
• Own employer branding and candidate value proposition globally.
• Establish TA metrics and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Oversee systems and tooling, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing tech.
• Ensure DEI and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Manage TA budget and stakeholder partnerships.
