Spherea Group seeks a Senior Director of Global Rewards, HRIS and People Analytics to lead the group-wide compensation philosophy, salary structures, and analytics across all countries and entities.

You will own pay transparency, equity monitoring, STI/LTI programs, and workforce data dashboards, partnering with the CPO, CFO and regional HR directors to enable growth and successful integrations following acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Global Rewards, HRIS, or People Analytics.
• Experience with Workday in a multinational environment.
• Strong compensation and job architecture expertise.
• Experience supporting M&A integrations and workforce analytics.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern the global compensation philosophy and pay positioning.
• Design and govern global salary structures, grading, and job architecture frameworks.
• Lead annual salary review, bonus, and incentive cycles.
• Develop and govern STI and LTI programs.
• Ensure pay transparency and pay equity monitoring.
• Lead compensation harmonization following acquisitions.
