LVMH Fragrance Brands is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Director to design and drive the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and payroll balance while aligning with LVMH Group policies.

Reporting to the Global HR Director, the role steers policy across base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, benefits and mobility, and collaborates with Finance and COMEX to sustain business performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR/finance or equivalent with 12+ years in C&B.
• Experience in international, matrixed environments (consulting preferred).
• Advanced Excel and HRIS reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy the global compensation policy (base salary, short-term variable, LTI, benefits).
• Manage job classification and internal equity across divisions.
• Set compensation targets and salary grids.
• Oversee annual compensation reviews and bonus policies.
• Coordinate payroll integrity and headcount reporting with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with Pay Transparency and related regulations.
• Lead a small team and develop C&B capabilities.
